a. Clinton De Jager Photography reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to review the terms regularly.

7. Governing Law

a. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom.

8. Session fee

a. Any sessions that will be booked a session fee will be required to secure your date, time and the location of the photoshoot. If you need to cancel or postpone you are required to inform Clinton De Jager (luxury Pixel Photography) with in 72 hours before the date of the photoshoot, Failure to do so will result in a breach of these terms and conditions and 100% of your session fee will be retained, if you cancel or postpone your shoot 76+ hours before your photoshoot date you will be refunded if Clinton De Jager (Luxury Pixel Photography) cannot re-book you with a new date .

9. Payment methods

a. all payments will be made with my PayPal invoicing method allowing you to pay for your sessions and your desired photo packs or any other products i offer that you wish to purchase

b. payment will need to be made prior to any images being sent printing, during your purchasing session after your photoshoot you will be told how much the total will be for your chosen pack (this will be only for your printed products as your session fee will already be payed).
